SHIPPING POLICY
1. Production & Processing Time
Since every artwork at HarmonyAuraHome is 100% hand-painted by our master artists upon order, we do not ship immediately.
Creation Time: Please allow 10-15 business days for the artist to paint, dry, and mount your artwork. Quality takes time, and we do not rush the artistic process.
Quality Control: Once completed, we will conduct a rigorous inspection before packaging.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer complimentary global shipping for “Canvas Only” orders.
Carrier: We ship via premium carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, international delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
Note: Remote areas may require additional time.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. You can track the status of your shipment via the carrier’s website.
4. Packaging
Unframed (Canvas Only): Rolled carefully and shipped in a heavy-duty, waterproof, crush-resistant tube to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
Framed Art: (If applicable) Shipped in a custom-built reinforced wooden crate with multi-layer cushioning.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
HarmonyAuraHome is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs are rarely incurred for personal art imports in many countries, but this clause protects you).
6. Shipping Restrictions
For security reasons, we require a physical address and a valid phone number for delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses (APO/FPO).
