1. Customization Clause (All Sales Final)
Since our artworks are 100% hand-painted and customized based on your specific Feng Shui requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind”.

2. Approval Process
To ensure your satisfaction, we will send you a high-resolution photo of the final artwork for your approval before shipping. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

3. Damage Exception
We use museum-grade packaging. However, in the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rollinginit@fengshuiartdecor.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement painting for you immediately.
